UTHM Viva Team 2010 In Action



In collaboration with Perodua with the upcoming event, Perodua Eco-Challenge, A team of 16 students and 4 staffs had been selected to modify a Viva to become one of the most fuel efficient vehicle. Working approximately 12 hours a day, 7 days in a week, representing UTHM, we are getting ourselves ready for this upcoming challenge. Long Live PPM!

Perodua Eco-Challenge Banner

Sorry for the late post. We were all busy with our final exam past few weeks. Good luck to all Mechanical Engineering Student Association members.

Past few weeks ago, some of those selected for the Perodua Eco-Challenge went to attach banner whole UTHM. It was during the night and it was raining heavily that time but rain was not the reason for them not to attach them. The spirit from the members is something that our association should be proud of.

Latest Update on PPM

  • To all members of Mechanical Engineering Student Association, there will be programs this coming semester break organized by UNESCO. They have 5 programs, and our duty is to conduct their programs. Not much information has been given about this event but if you guys are interested, keep yourself updated with our post and news.

Talk from Portescap




To all members of Mechanical Engineering Student Association, please be informed that there will be a career talk given by Portescap's representatives. Their representatives will come all the way from overseas, such as USA, UK and India to share their knowledge and experience as an inspiration to us. The talk will be held as the date, time and venue below.

The talk will be an introduction to their company and also career opportunities for our undergraduates.

For students that still have doubts and unclear about their future path, you might found your answer in this seminar. You will be exposed on your possible careers, how handful your knowledge and skills are, and what are the important criteria to be possessed, especially for engineers like us. All these will be done by Portescap's delegates who has valuable experience that lead them to their success today.
